Terms and conditions
We aim to dispatch within 2 working days of your order. If any product has a longer league time than 2 days this will be made clear at the checkout. We ship world wide but due to customs laws related to our products, unfortunately we are unable to send items to Australia or New Zeeland.
Once you have chosen your shipping method and your item has been dispatched, we are in the hands of the relevant postal services. There are options at the checkout for tracked postage at an additional cost and this is always the most reliable method as we can see where your order is through its journey to you.
We use PayPal to handle all our payments so most credit and debit cards will be accepted. Using PayPal also gives you added security when ordering from us.
Returns and Exchanges
If you find your item is damaged on arrival you will need to email a photograph of the damaged item/s next to the original packaging within 48 hours of receipt, this will enable us to resolve the problem.
We will refund undamaged returns if you contact us within 14 days and the item is returned to us in its original condition within 30 days. You will be responsible for the return postage cost.
We do not exchange undamaged items.
