Item Turnaround.
There is a maximum 1-2 week turnaround on all orders. Please ensure you are happy with this timescale before ordering.

What happens after you order?
Once ordered, you will receive a notification email saying your payment was successful, and a recap of what you have purchased. We will recieve a notification of your order too.
Please ensure the address you have provided when paying is the correct one, as this is the one we will send your package to.

How are Items Packaged?
All frames and artwork are packaged securely and safely to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition.

Item Care.
Frames should be displayed out of direct sunlight and away from moisture or damp. Ensure they are securely attached to the wall or shelf.

Payment.
The Ethical Butterfly Company uses Paypal to carry out transactions. This covers most major card types i.e Visa, American Express, Mastercard etc. Paypal also offers the option to pay through them even if you do not have a Paypal account. If you have any issues with this, please don’t be afraid to contact me by emailing. You must pay for your item at the time of purchase. I do not accept cheques or concealed cash payment for orders.
All prices will be shown converted to your own currency during the checkout process. Currency rates are provided correctly and accurately at the time of purchase.

Privacy & Security.
The Ethical Butterfly Company uses PayPal for all Payments. PayPal has an automatic encryption service that transfers you into a secure website as soon as you proceed into the Checkout area.

Shipping Prices.
Choose your country in the Basket to add your basic shipping cost.
Basic postage in the UK is £6.
Basic international postage is £16. 

Additional Postage Costs will be added for multiple purchases.


Shipping Times

The Ethical Butterfly Company is based in England, UK. Here are estimations of the delivery times from this location:

• UK - 1 to 3 working days
• Europe - 5 to 15 working days
• USA and Canada - 5 to 15 working days
• Rest of the World - 5 to 28 working days
Due to the nature of some items, customs may require checking them, so please use the above as a rough guideline.

Delivery within the UK.
Items are posted First Class Signed For Post. This ensures that we will know the location of your order and whether or not you have missed a delivery. If you request your tracking number, please reply to the confirmation email.

Delivery Overseas.
All items ordered from overseas are sent via Tracked & Signed For International Mail.

Replacements & Returns.
All items are packaged carefully, however sometimes accidents can happen. If your item arrives to you in a broken or damaged state, please take a photograph and email luke@thebutterflygardener.co.uk with your full name and order details. I will try to resolve the problem in the best way possible.
I offer a repair service on insect frames within 30 days at the cost of 1st class signed for postage back to myself, the item must be in the original packaging and sent securely.

Missing Items.
Sometimes due to unknown reasons an item can go missing along the postal journey. I sent all via Trackable & Signed For delivery to avoid this happening. If your item still has not arrived after 14 days in UK/60 days outside of UK, please email luke@thebutterflygardener.co.uk with your full name and order details.
I will try to resolve the problem in the best way possible. As most pieces are unique there are times when a replacement will not be available, and so a solution will be discussed.
